Bio

Emily Hossfeld is a Massachusetts-based artist and educator.  She paints plein air landscapes of local scenes in and around New England.  She has been teaching Art Foundations, Ceramics, Drawing and Painting, AP Studio Art and Art Portfolio classes at the high school level for six years.  She graduated from Connecticut College with a B.A. in art, received her teaching certification from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and earned an M.A. in Art Education from Boston University.
